Yes. AINEXIM assistants pass the conversation and its history to a member of staff when a question needs judgement. Channels and hours for hand-over are agreed with you.

No. Your content and personal information are not used to train external models or for any purpose other than the service you contracted.

Not on its own. POPIA restricts decisions with legal or substantial effects based solely on automated processing, so our designs keep a person responsible for those decisions.
