    The design system, accessibility target and security controls are agreed up front, so WCAG 2.1 AA and privacy by design are part of the definition of done.

    Two-week sprints, demos and written reports

    Working software every two weeks. Each sprint ends with a demonstration to your product owner and a written report on progress, risks, decisions and budget.

  4. 04Run

    Managed service on agreed terms

    Hosting, monitoring, backups, patching and support from the team that built the platform. One accountable provider, no hand-offs.

  5. 05Transfer

    Exit plan from day one

    Documentation, runbooks and knowledge transfer throughout, with an exit plan agreed at the start. Your content and data stay yours, in open formats.

    Built on MIT and Apache licensed foundations such as Next.js, PostgreSQL and Payload CMS. No product licences resold to you.
